Rh senzibilization is desease of pregnancy which occurs to Rh negative pregnant women with Rh positive fetus which is characterized by existing of antibodies against erythrocytes of fetus. Standard supervision of Rh negative pregnant women is based on determining Rh factor of father and also includes searching for antibodies of Rh positive erythrocytes of fetus in mother's blood. Existing of antibodies points out a possibility of developing hemolytic disease of fetus and newborn child. Contemporary supervision of the level of fetal endangerment and anemia is based on measurement of peak flow in the central cerebral artery. Optimal way of treating Rh senzibilization is intrauterine intravascular transfusion which can be repeated during pregnancy. The prevention of Rh senzibilization is carried out by giving immunoglobulin to all Rh negative pregnant women after spontaneus or induced abortion, ectopic pregnancy, invasive and manipulative intervention in pregnancy. After birth, passive immunoprophylaxis is given to Rh negative pregnant women, which have negative Coombs test.
