Sažetak | Cilj: Cilj istraživanja je bio istražiti i usporediti stupnjeve zadovoljstva/nezadovoljstva poslom medicinskih sestara/tehničara koji rade u timovima hitne medicine s liječnikom (T1) i timovima hitne medicine bez liječnika (T2). Metode: Istraživanje je provedeno pomoću upitnika Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire kojim se mjeri zadovoljstvo zaposlenika poslom. Upitnik je podijeljen medicinskim sestrama/tehničarima u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije s ciljem utvrđivanja stupnja zadovoljstva poslom. Upitnikom su obuhvaćena pitanja izvršavanja radnih zadataka, komunikacije, odnos s nadređenima, stručnog usavršavanja i druga pitanja od značaja za osjećaj zadovoljstva na radnom mjestu. Rezultati: Ukupno zadovoljstvo poslom statistički se značajno ne razlikuje među medicinskim sestrama/tehničarima Tima 1 i medicinskim sestrama/tehničarima Tima 2. Prikazane p vrijednosti (empirijska signifikantnost) koje su manje od 0,05 ukazuju na postojanje značajne razlike među timovima. Vrijednost manja od 0,05 utvrđena je samo kod mogućnosti da medicinska sestra/tehničar radi na način da uvijek ima čistu savjest, gdje je veća razina zadovoljstva kod medicinskih sestara/tehničara Tima 1. Zaključci: Zadovoljstvo poslom je važno jer ima poseban utjecaj na kvalitetu obavljanja zadataka, aktivnosti i produktivnosti na poslu, a promatra se kao opći stav prema poslu i kao stav prema specifičnim dimenzijama posla što uključuje plaću, napredovanje, nadzor nadređenog, povlastice, potencijalne nagrade, aktivnosti na poslu, suradnike, organizaciju rada, komunikaciju i dr. Zadovoljno zaposleno osoblje je učinkovitije, produktivnije i predanije poslu. |
Sažetak (engleski) | Objective: The aim of research is to explore and compare level of satisfaction/discontent within nurses/technicians, working in ambulance teams with doctor (T1) and without doctor (T2). Methods: Research was conducted using Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire which measures job employee satisfaction. Questionnaire was distributed among nurses/technicians in the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatian County with the aim of determining the degree of job satisfaction. Questionnaire includes issues with performing work tasks, communication, relationships with superiors, professional improvement and other questions relevant to sense of workplace satisfaction.
Results: There was no significant difference in statistics of overall job satisfaction amog nurses/technicians working in Team 1, and nurses/technicians in Team 2. p values (empirical significance) that are less than 0,05 suggest presence of differences among teams. Value less than 0,05 was identified only with issue concerning ability of nurses/technicians to always work with clear conscience, where nurses/technicians working in Team 1 had higher satisfaction level.
Conclusions: Job satisfaction is important for its influence on quality of task performance, work activity and efficiency, and is seen as general attitude towards job and its specific aspects such as salary, promotion, superiors oversight, benefits, potential acknowledgement, job activities, coworkers, work organization, comunication and etc. Satisfied personnel is more efficient, productive and committed.
