Abstract
Ankilozantni spondilitis je druga po učestalosti reumatska bolest koja zahvaća kralježnicu i sakoilijakalne zglobove. Kronična upala u zahvaćenom području uzrokuje bol i ograničenje pokreta. Uzrok bolesti je nepoznat, smatra se da genetski čimbenici imaju veliku ulogu, također smatraju da visoko specifičnim obilježjem bolesti je prisustvo HLA B-27 antigena. Započinje u mlađih osoba, u dobi od 20 do 40 godina, a muškarci obolijevaju tri puta češće od žena. Razvojem bolesti zahvaćeni budu i... More korjenski zglobovi, kukovi i ramena pa bolesnici imaju specifično fleksijsko držanje tijela (stav skijaša). Iako je ankilozantni spondilitis bolest kralježnice, bol nije ograničena na leđa, bolesnici osjećaju bol u prsima, rebrima i sjednoj kosti. Pošto je ovo sistemska bolest promjene se mogu naći na očima, plućima, srcu i drugim visceralnim organima. Dijagnoza se postavlja na temelju anamneze, kliničkog pregleda, RTG nalaza i krvne pretrage. Liječenje obuhvaća opće mjere, medikamentoznu terapiju, fizikalnu terapiju, kineziterapiju, radnu terapiju, primjenu ortopedskih pomagala, te operativno liječenje. Ispitivani bolesnik boluje od anklozantnog spondilitisa 5 godina, ima sve karakteristične simptome ove bolesti. S bolesnikom se provodi rehabilitacija i edukacija, ali zbog progresije bolesti rehabilitacija mora biti kontinuirana. Mjerenja su mjerena u razmaku od 3 mjeseca te se uočavaju minimalni pomaci poboljšanja stanja. Less
Abstract (english)
Ankylosingsspondylitis is the second inflammatory rheumaticdisese that affects the spine and sacroiliac joints. Chonic inflammation in the affected area causing pain and restriction of movement. The cause of the disease is unknown, it is belived that genetic factors play a major role, also belived that presence of HLA B-27 antigen is considered to be highly specific characteristics of the disease. Begins in young adults, aged 20 to 40 years, men suffer three times more often than women. ... More The development of the disease are affected and root joints, hips and shoulders, and patients have a specific flexion posture (attitude skiers). Althought ankylosins spondylitis is a spine disease, the pain is not always restricted to the back, patients can feel pain in the chest, ris pain and ischium bone. Since this is a systemic disease changes can be found in the eyes, lungs, heart and other visceral organs. Diagnosis is based on history clinical examination, radiographic findings and blood tests. Treatment includes general measures, medication therapy, physical therapy, kinesitherapy, occupational therapy, the application of ortopedic suppiles, and operative treatment. The examined patients suffering from ankylosing spondylitis 5 years, has all the characteristic symptoms of the disease. The patient is carried out rehabilitation and education, beacuse disease progression, rehabilitation must be sustained.
