Abstract
Uvod: Tema rada je probir sredstava ovisnosti u biološkim uzorcima i usporedba metoda. Sredstva ovisnosti su sredstva koja razvijaju ovisnost posebno u tjelesnom (fizičkom), ali i u psihičkom smislu. Često se termini sredstva ovisnosti koristite kao sinonimi za droge, ali droge i sredstva ovisnosti nisu istoznačni pojmovi; droge se odnose i na sredstva koja dovode do ovisnosti, ali i na sredstva koja ne razvijaju ovisnost (barem ne u tjelesnom smislu). Cilj: Cilj ovog rada je opisati metode za određivanje sredstava ovisnosti u biološkim uzorcima, usporediti ih i odrediti prednosti između njih. Materijali i metode: Kao biološki uzorak koji se pretražuje najdostupniji je urin. Analiza sredstava ovisnosti se provodi i iz drugih bioloških uzoraka kao što su kosa, krv, slina i dr. Laboratorijska identifikacija i kvantifikacija se odnosi na potvrdne testove i automatizirane aparate. Primjeri potvrdnih metoda su plinska kromatografija sa spektrometrom masa, tekućinska kromatografija s visokom djelotvornosti i infracrvena spektrometrija. U kliničkim se laboratorijima tankoslojna i plinska kromatografija provode uspješno kao potvrdne metode. Zaključak: U kliničkim se laboratorijima tankoslojna i plinska kromatografija provode uspješno kao potvrdne metode.„Zlatni standard" u toksikologiji je metoda plinske kromatografije/masene spektrometrije koja je iz niza istraživanja pokazala visoku specifičnost, osjetljivost, preciznost i točnost.
Abstract (english)
Introduction: The subject oh this paper was the screen of addictive substances in biological causes as well as the comparison of methods. Addictive substances are substances which cause addiction especially physical, as well as psyhological. Often the term addictive substances is used as a synonym for drugs, but drugs and addictive substances are not identical terms; drugs can be products that do notlead to addiction (at least not physical addiction. Objective: The aim of this final project is to describe methods for the determination of drugs of abuse in biological samples, compare them and determine benefits between them. Materials and methods: The most accessible (common) biological sample is urine. Other biological samples which can be used to analyze addictive substances are hair, blood, salvia, etc. Laboratory identification and quantification refers to confirmation tests and automated machines. Examples of confirmatory methods include gas chromatography with mass spectrometry, fluid chromatography with a high effectiveness and infrared spectrometry. Conclusion: In clinical laboratories (thin layered) and gas chromatography are used as chromatography/mass spectrometry method which, in a series of tests, has shown high specificity, sensitivity, precision and accuracy.
