Abstract
Socijalne vještine predstavljaju sposobnosti prilagođavanja i pozitivnog ponašanja koja omogućavaju osobama da se uspješno nose sa zahtjevima i izazovima koja pred njih svakog dana stavlja život. Socijalne vještine se usvajaju učenjem, a predstavljaju verbalna i neverbalna ponašanja koja su pod utjecajem osobnih obilježja i obilježja okoline. Socijalne vještine omogućavaju podršku i odgovor iz okoline, a uključuju učinkovite i adekvatne poticaje i odgovore. Sami nedostaci socijalnih vještina kod pojedinca se mogu prepoznati, a zatim i unaprijediti. Koliko su socijalne vještine važne potvrđuje činjenica da se danas sve više provode treninzi socijalnih vještina gdje dolazi do treninga kontrole ljutnje, moralnog rezoniranja, treninga rješavanja problema, trening empatije i percepcije, trening nošenja sa stresom, trening kooperativnosti i brojni drugi treninzi. Kao najvažnije socijalne vještine medicinske sestre ističu se kognitivne, interakcijske i emocionaln vještine. Putem navedenih socijalnih vještina medicinska sestra ostvaruje osnovnu socijalnu interakciju, uspostavlja odnose i interakcije s drugima, vrši se razumijevanje sebe i drugih te se putem kognitivnih vještina vrši izgradnja i održavanje kompleksnih socijalnih interakcija. Abstract (english)
Social skills represent the ability of adaptation and positive behavior that enable people to successfully deal with the demands and challenges they face each day. Social skills are gained by learning and represent verbal and nonverbal behaviour that are influenced by personal traits and features of the environment. Social skills provide support and response from the environment, and include effective and adequate incentives and responses. The shortcomings of social skills in an individual can be recognized and then improved. How much social skills are important confirms the fact that more and more social skills training is being conducted today, where training is provided to control anger, moral resonance, problem-solving training, empathy and perception training, stress-training, co-operative training, and many other trainings. The most important nurses social skills are cognitive, interactiona and, emotional skills. Through the aforementioned social skills, the nurse realizes basic social interaction, establishes relationships and interactions with others, understands oneself and others, and through cognitive skills develops and maintains complex social interactions.
