Abstract
Rad se temelji na pregledu literature na temu agilnosti kod netrenirane populacije. Cilj rada je bio ukratko, ali što sveuobuhvatnije prikazati pojam agilnosti, a potom detaljnije razraditi tematiku agilnosti kod netrenirane populacije. Opisani su glavni testovi dosad korišteni za mjerenje agilnosti kod nevježbača i popratna istraživanja. Svi ti testovi su se pokazali pouzdanima i valjanima za korištenje u ovu svrhu. Pritom je poseban naglasak na samoj važnosti agilnosti kod netrenirane populacije u aktivnostima svakodnevnog života npr. pri sprječavanju padova i ozlijeda uzrokovanih istima. Svi testovi su se pokazali kao dobri prediktori padova kod starije populacije, osim FRAT testa koji je relativno nov pa je njegovo korištenje u tu svrhu još potrebno istražiti. Pri kraju rada naglasak je stavljen na pitanje neprogramirane, odnosno reaktivne agilnosti kod netrenirane populacije što je jedan od faktora esencijalne važnosti pri situacijama koje se pojavljuju u svakodnevnom životu. Također je opisan jedini do danas poznat test koji se koristi za procjenu reaktivne agilnosti tzv. FRAT. Dosadašnja istraživanja su se vrlo malo bavila problemom takve vrste testiranja što rezultira i nedostatkom adekvatnih testova za mjerenje reaktivne agilnosti kod netrenirane populacije. Testovi za reaktivnu agilnost bi trebali biti više prilagođeniji uvjetima svakodnevnog života što je ujedno i kritika u samom zaključnom djelu rada.
Abstract (english)
This review is based on literature examination about theme of agility in non-athlete community dwelling adults. The aim was to briefly, but comprehendingly present the concept of agility, and then more specifically elaborate agility in non-athlete community dwelling people. For that purpose there are described main tests for measuring agility in non-athletes which are in use nowdays. All of these tests showed great reliability and validity results. Furthermore, special accent is put on agility importance for non-athletes in activities of daily life such as fall prevention and so prevention of related injuries too. All described tests can be used as good falling predictors for older people except FRAT which is relatively new test so it's usefulness for this purpose is up to future researches. At the and of rewiew more attention is paid on reactive agility in non-athletes which is one of esential factors in situations of daily living. Finally it is described FRAT, the only test that is in use nowdays for measuring reactive agility. To sum up, previous researches' interest for reactive agility in non-athletes has been very low which results in lack of optimate tests for measuring this kind of agility. Moreover, tests for reactive agility should be more modified to the everyday life conditions which is the main critic on the end of this rewiew.
