Abstract
Ovim radom htjela sam prikazati prevalenciju te postupak rehabilitacije najčešćih ozljeda u rukometu. U uvodu je rečeno nešto više o rukometu i njegovim karakteristikama. Nadalje, predstavila sam metodu koju sam koristila za istraživanje, a to je bio jednostavan upitnik. Iz njega smo mogli saznati opće informacije o igračima te specifične informacije koje imaju povezanost sa ozljedama (npr. učestalost i trajanje treninga). Nakon statističke analize rezultata isti su prikazani grafički. Ozljede prednjih križnih ligamenata i uganuća gležnja pokazale su se kao najučestalije te je napisano nešto više o njihovom mehanizmu nastanka i rehabilitaciji. Naposljetku, spomenuti su i sindromi prenaprezanja kao jedan od čestih problema s kojima se susreću svi profesionalni sportaši pa tako i rukometaši.
Abstract (english)
With this bachelor's thesis I wanted to show the prevalence and the procedure of rehabilitation of the most common injuries in handball. In the introduction, something more is said about handball and its characteristics. Furthermore, I presented the method I used for research, and that was a simple questionnaire. From it, we could learn general information about players and specific information that has connection with injuries (eg frequency and duration of training). After the statistical analysis of the results they are shown graphically. Injuries to anterior cruciate ligament and distortion of the feet proved to be most common, and I wrote more about their mechanism of formation and rehabilitation. Finally, overuse syndromes are mentioned as one of the common problems that all professional athletes and handball players meet.
