Abstract
Dinamička neuromuskularna stabilizacija (DNS) je manualni i rehabilitacijski pristup za optimiziranje sustava za pokretanje i bazirana je na znanstvenim principima razvojne kineziologije te integraciji principa neurofiziologije i biomehanike. Postizanje vrhunske sportske izvedbe zahtijeva adekvatnu stabilizaciju trupa, pravilan obrazac pokreta i koordiniranu mišićnu aktivnost. Pristup dinamičke neuromuskularne stabilizacije pruža alate za procjenu motornih obrazaca pokreta kao i način treniranja dubinskih mišića za postizanje optimalnog pokreta. Optimalan pokret zahtijeva funkcionalno centrirane zglobove i stabilizaciju trupa koja se postiže preciznom mišićnom koordinacijom i intra-abdominalnim tlakom što je pod regulacijom središnjeg živčanog sustava. DNS je zaradio na popularnosti i prihvaćen je u vrhunskom sportu kao način prevencije i rehabilitacije od muskuloskeletnih ozljeda.
Abstract (english)
Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) is a manual and rehabilitation approach for optimization of the locomotor system, based on the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology and integration of neurophysiology and biomechanics principles. Achieving peak sports performance requires adequate core stabilization, correct motor patterns, and coordinated muscle activation. The DNS approach provides tools to asses motor patterns and training of the intrinsic muscles needed for optimal movement. Optimal movement requires functional joint centration and trunk stabilization, which is accomplished through precise coordination of muscles and intra-abdominal pressure regulation by the central nervous system. DNS became popular and is accepted as a method of prevention and rehabilitation in professional sport.
