Abstract
CILJ: Prikazati nastanak pareze nervusa radialisa, opisati način dolaska do dijagnoze, opisati kliničku sliku koja nastaje oštećenjem živca i proces liječenja koji primjenjujemo kod takvih bolesnika. METODE: Primjena stručne i znanstvene literature, istraživanja na internetu te prenesenog znanja stučnih osoba. LIJEČENJE: Primjena fizikalne terapija, koja uključuje: kineziterapiju, elektroterapiju, hidroterapiju, termoterapiju, masažu, radnu terapiju te primjenu ortroza. ZAKLJUČAK: Najuspješnije liječenje daje pravovremeno dijagnosticiranje oštećenja te što raniji početak primjene terapija.
Abstract (english)
TITLE: Rehabilitation of patient with damage of the nervus radialis OBJECTIVE: Show the occurrence of paresis n.radialis, describe the way to arrive at the diagnosis, describe clinical picture resulting in damage to nerve and treatment process that we use in these patients. METHODS: The application of scientific and professional literature, research on the internet and transferred knowledge of expert persons. TREATMENT: The use of physical therapy whitch includes: kinesitherapy, electroteraphy, hydrotherapy, thermotherapy, massage, occupational therapy and the application of orthroses. CONCLUSION: We get the most successful treatment with a timely diagnosis of damage and with early start of the application of therapy.
