Abstract
Normalan porođaj se ponekad zna zakomplicirati pa ga je potrebno dovršiti jednom od porodničkih operacija ukoliko postoji indikacija. Primalja mora poznavati osobitosti epiziotomije, vakuum ekstrakcije i carskog reza jer manje ili više sudjeluje u svakoj. Glavna uloga joj je psihofizička priprema i poslijeoperacijska njega majke i djeteta.
Abstract (english)
A normal birth can sometimes get complicated, in whitch case, it needs to be finished by one of the obstetric operations given the slightest indication. The midwife must know the properties of episiotomy, the vacuum extraction and the caesarean section because she's, more or less, present in each of them. Her main role is the psychophysiological preparation and post-operational care of the mother and the child.
