Treatment of splenic rupture can be conservative or surgical, depending on the severity of the injury and the hemodynamic stability of the patient. Conservative treatment includes strict monitoring in the intensive care unit, regular monitoring of vital parameters and ensuring adequate hydration and nutrition. Nurses play an important role in the care of patients with ruptured spleen, from emergency intervention to postoperative rehabilitation. The nurse's procedures include rapid evaluation of symptoms, preparation of patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures, and continuous monitoring of vital signs and hemodynamic status.
