Abstract
CILJ: Prikazati nastanak pareze nervus ulnarisa, prepoznavanje simptoma i bolesti, zatim uvid u kliničku sliku nastalog oštećenja te primjena terapije u procesu liječenja bolesnika. METODE: Prikupljena stručna i znanstvena literatura, radovi i istraživanja na internetu te preneseno znanje od stručnih osoba. LIJEČENJE: Fizikalne metode: elektroterapija, hidroterapija, kineziterapija, radna terapija, masaža, terapija parafinom te korištenje odgovarajućih ortoza. ZAKLJUČAK: Pravovremeno prepoznavanje simptoma bolesti i što raniji početak terapije (liječenje) s ciljem bržeg oporavka.
Abstract (english)
TITLE: Rehabilitation of patients with damage of the nervus ulnaris OBJECTIVE: Show the begining of paresis n. ulnaris, recognize the symptoms and disease, also to present clinical picture ofoccurreddamage and application oftherapie in processof treating thepatients.. METHOD: Gathered science and education literature, research on Internet , also the knowledge of educated specialists. TREATMENT: Physical methods: electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, kinesitherapy, occupational therapy, massage, paraffin therapy and also the apply of proper orthoses. CONCLUSION: Prompt recognition of disease symptoms andmostearlier start of appropriate treatment,with the aim offaster recovery.
