Abstract | Uvod: Prehrambene navike trudnica važne su ne samo u vrijeme trudnoće nego i prije same trudnoće. Zdrava prehrana podrazumijeva raznovrsnu hranu, prije, a pogotovo za vrijeme trudnoće. Uravnotežena prehrana uključuje korištenje različitih skupina hrane.
Cilj: Utvrditi prehrambene navike trudnica u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Metode i obrada: Istraživanje je provedeno anonimnom online anketom u veljači 2018. godine. Ispitanice su bile trudnice i žene koje su bile trudne. Za obradu podataka korištena je deskriptivna statistika.
Rezultati: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 449 trudnica i žena koje su bile trudne. Odgovarale su na 18 pitanja. Većina ispitanica je odgovorila da je tijekom trudnoće u njihovoj prehrani ponajviše bilo povrća (78 %), voća (76 %) te meso (73 %). Trećina ispitanica je tijekom trudnoće pila 1 – 1,5L tekućine I to najviše vodu (71 %). Ukupno 40 % ispitanica je imalo četiri obroka dnevno, tri obroka i pet je imalo negdje podjednak broj ispitanica 24 % i 23 %. Najveći broj ispitanica (62 %) u trudnoći ne jede za dvoje. Tijekom trudnoće najveći broj ispitanica (34%) umjereno je konzumiralo slatke proizvode, a i tjelovježbom se umjereno bavilo njih (32 %). Prirast na tjelesnoj težini od 10 do 15 kg na kraju trudnoće je imalo 47 % trudnica. Do informacija o prehrani tijekom trudnoće putem interneta dolazilo je njih 75 %, potom slijedi ginekolog 38 %, a najmanje ispitanica o prehrani se konzultiralo s primaljama (2 %).
Zaključak: Iz obrade podataka vidljivo je da tijekom trudnoće u većine trudnica u Republici Hrvatskoj prevladava raznovrsna prehrana, unos tekućine pogotovo vode je na zadovoljavajućoj razini. Na unosu slatkog, brze hrane i tjelovježbe još se mora poraditi, kao i o načinu informiranja. |
Abstract (english) | Introduction: Pregnant women's eating habits are important not only during pregnancy but before pregnancy. Healthy eating involves a variety of foods before, and especially during pregnancy. Balanced nutrition involves the use of different food groups.
Objective: To determine the nutritional habits of pregnant women in the Republic of Croatia.
Methods and processing: The survey was conducted by anonymous online poll in February 2018. The subjects were pregnant women and pregnant women. Data processing used descriptive statistics.
Results: 449 pregnant women and women were pregnant. They answered 18 questions. Most respondents answered that during pregnancy, their diet was mostly vegetables (78.4%), fruits (75.5%) and meat (73.3%). 33.6% of respondents answered that 1 to 1.5L of liquid was consumed during pregnancy, 1.5 to 2L of liquid was 31.6% of respondents, while more than 3L per day dropped by negligible 0.4% of respondents. The largest number of respondents (71.1%) dropped the water. A total of 40.1% of respondents had four meals a day, three meals, and five had an equal number of respondents 24.1% and 22.9%. The largest number of respondents (61.9%) answered that they did not eat in pregnancy for two. During pregnancy, the highest number of respondents (33.9%) consumed sweet products moderately, and their exercise was moderately dealt with (31.6%). 10 to 15 kg. at the end of pregnancy there were 47.4% pregnant women, 22.9% received 16 to 20 kg, and more than 20 kg received 11.6%. The information on diet during pregnancy via the internet was 74.6%, followed by a gynecologist 37.6%, and friends (25.8%), followed by family members (25.4%), media (24.9%), and the lowest of the diet according to the opinion of the respondents knows from their mothers a total of 1.8%.
Conclusion: Data from data processing show that during pregnancy in most pregnant women in the Republic of Croatia predominates a variety of diets, fluid intake, in particular, is at a satisfactory level. On eating sweet, fast food and exercise you still have to work, as well as about how to inform. |
