Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je korištenje MSCT angiografije u dijagnostici bolesti karotidnih arterija. U uvodnom dijelu sam ukratko prikazala anatomiju karotidnih arterija, zatim njihova najčešća patološka stanja. Nadalje, prikazala sam dijagnostičke metode koje se koriste u dijagnostici bolesti karotidnih arterija, a to su UZ, DSA, MRA i konačno kao glavnu temu ovog rada ulogu MSCT angiorafije u dijagnostici bolesti karotidnih arterija. Prikazana je tehnika snimanja MSCTA, korištenje kontrastnih sredstava, vrijeme skeniranja, metode rekonstrukcije slike i artefakti koji se mogu pojaviti na slici.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the use of MSCT angiography in the diagnosis of carotid artery disease. In the introductory part I have briefly shown the anatomy of the carotid arteries, then their most common pathological conditions. Furthermore, I showed the diagnostic methods used in the diagnosis of carotid artery disease, such as ultrasound, DSA, MRA and finally, as the main topic of this paper, role of MSCTA in the diagnosis of carotid artery disease. Recording technique MSCTA, the use of contrast media, scanning duration, image reconstruction methods and artifacts that can be shown on image are displayed in this paper.
