Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati tehniku proprioceptivne neuromuskularne facilitacije kao uspješne metode, metode izbora, u rehabilitaciji osoba nakon moždanog udara. Djelovanje proprioceptivne neuromuskularne faciliacije na osobe s preboljelim moždanim udarom prikazano je preko tehnika, procedura i principa. Cilj je da se istaknu pozitivni učinci koje možemo rehabilitacijom postići pojedinim postupkom u odnosu na početno stanje prije rehabilitacije. Uspješnost i rezultati rehabilitacije nakon moždanog udara procjenjuju se pomoću funkcionalnih testova. Koristeći Barthel indeks procjenjujemo pacijenta poslije rehabilitacije u aktivnostima svakodnevnog života u odnosu na stanje prije rehabilitacije. Funkcionalnost mišićno-koštanog sustava procjenjujemo pomoću manualnog mišićnog testa. Terapeut mora kombinirati i modificirati procedure i tehnike kako bi ih prilagodio potrebama pacijenta s obzirom da je klinička slika moždanog udara specifična od pacijenta do pacijenta. No raznolikost propiroceptivne nerumuskularne facilitacije omogućuje terapeutu da djeluje na sve disfunkcije s kojima se pacijent može susresti poslije moždanog udara. Učinak na osobu se vidi kod različith problema s kojima se susrećemo u rehabilitaciji. Motoričke i funkcionalne sposobnosti se mnogo poboljšaju nakon primjene proprioceptivne neuromuskularne facilitacije te zbog raznovrsnosti tehnike možemo je koristiti u svim fazama rehabilitacije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to show the technique of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation as a successful method, choice method, in rehabilitation of persons after stroke. By showing the techniques, procedures and principles we will show how technique works on people who have overcome the stroke. The aim is to highlight the positive effects that can be achieved by rehabilitation by individual procedure in relation to the initial condition before rehabilitation. Success and results of rehabilitation after a stroke are evaluated by using functional tests. Using the Barthel index, the patient are evaluated after rehabilitation in the activities of daily life in relation to the condition before the rehabilitation. We evaluate the function of the musculoskeletal system by manual muscle test. The therapist must combine and modify the procedure and techniques to adapt them to the patient's needs as the clinical picture of stroke is specific from patient to patient. But variety of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation allows therapists to work on any disorders that a patient may encounter after a stroke. The effect on a person is seen in the various problems we face in rehabilitation. Motional and functional abilities are significantly improved after applying proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and because of the variety of techniques we can use it in all phases of rehabilitation.
