Abstract
Većina fizioloških promjena zamjetljiva je već tijekom prvih tjedana nakon zaĉeća. Gotovo sve su reverzibilne i prolaze tijekom babinja ne ostavljajući posljedica. Tako povećanje volumena krvi iznosi oko 45 do 50% i u svakoj idućoj trudnoći nešto je veći. Disanje se ubrzava zbog podizanja dijafragme. Prilagodba metabolizma igra veliku ulogu jer ima za cilj osigurati zadovoljavajući rast i razvoj djetata, te energiju za poroĊaj. Pravilna prehrana podrazumijeva raznovrsnu i uravnoteţenu prehranu u kojoj su prisutni svi nutrijenti i vlakna, a siromašnu zasićenim „lošim“ masnoćama, bijelim brašnom, šećerom i solima. Prehrana neće eliminirati sve probleme u trudnoći, ali će se time uĉiniti ogroman korak u pravom smjeru. Najprikladniji prirast teţine u trudnoći je od devet do trinaest kilograma. Smatra se da pretjerivanje u prehrani, moţe biti odgovorno ili moţe pridonijeti nastanku raznih problema u trudnoći kao na primjer gestacijski dijabetes i preeklampsija. Ako trudnica ne uzima dovoljno hrane dolazi do raĊanja djeteta niske poroĊajne teţine.
Abstract (english)
Most physiological changes are noticeable already in the first weeks after conception. Almost all are reversible and go puerperal leaving with no consequence. The increase in blood volume is about 45 to 50% and in each next pregnancy is slightly higher. Breathing becomes faster because diaphragm is lifting. Customize metabolism plays a big role because it has to ensure satisfactory growth and development of baby and energy for delivery. Proper nutrition and balanced diet implies all the nutrients and fiber,low in saturated "bad" fats, white flour, sugar and salt. Nutrition will not eliminate all the problems in pregnancy, but it will make a huge step to the right direction. Weight to be gained during pregnancy is nine to thirteen kilograms. Overeating in diet is considered to be responsible or can contribuite to the various difficulties in pregnancy such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. If pregnant woman doesn't eat enough during her pregnancy it may come to the birth of low weighted baby.
