Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je korištenje CT koronarografije kod dijagnosticiranja koronarne bolesti. Ovaj rad ukratko opisuje anatomiju srca i koronarnih arterija te upoznaje čitatelja sa koronarnom bolesti. Detaljno su opisane indikacije i kontraindikacije za MSCT koronarografiju te priprema pacijenta. Objašnjene su različite tehnike MSCT koronarografije uz komparaciju prednosti i nedostataka. Detaljno je objašnjen protokol i parametri snimanja. Posebna pozornost je data rekonstrukciji slike i analizi slike s naglaskom na moguće artefakte. Napravljena je i usporedba MSCT koronarografije i DSCT( dual source CT) kao i usporedba sa DSA.
Abstract (english)
Premise of this paper is using of cardiac CT angiography when diagnosing coronary artery disease. This paper shortly describes anatomy and pathology of coronary arteries and meets the reader with coronary arthery disease. Indications and contraindications for MSCT coronarography and patient preparation are described in detail. Different techniques of MSCT coronarography have been described with a comparison of advantages and disadvantages. Detailed protocol and record parameters are explained. Particular attention is on image reconstruction and image analysis, focusing on possible artifacts. Comparison of MSCT coronarography and DSCT (dual source CT) as well as comparison with DSA were performed.
