Abstract
Kompjutorizirana tomografija je jedna od najkorištenijih radioloških metoda zbog brzine pretrage i kvalitete slike za uspostavljanje dijagnoze. Upravo zbog toga valja kontrolirati kvalitetu uređaja kako bi imao jednaku učinkovitost. Kontrola kvalitete se vrši dnevno, mjesečno te godišnje, a vrši je radiološki tehnolog i medicinski fizičar te obavještavaju nadležnu osobu. Provjerava se doza zračenja na pacijenta, tehničke karakteristike kao položaj laserskog svjetla te kvaliteta slike u koju ubrajamo prostornu i kontrastnu rezoluciju, uniformnost i šum CT slike, točnost CT broja te debljina sloja.
Abstract (english)
Computed tomography is one of the most widely used radiological methods due to the speed of scans and image quality to establish diagnosis. That's why it is necessary to control quality of the device in order to have the same efficiency. Quality control is performed daily, monthly and annually, and radiologist and medical physician perform it and inform person in charge. The radiation dose to the patient is checked, the technical characteristics such as the position of the laser light and the image quality, which includes spatial and contrast resolution, uniformity and noise of CT images, CT number accuracy and slice thickness.
